A Beautiful Setting at a Reasonable Price
Camp Roger is available for rent! Whether you are a scout troop, a college dorm on retreat, or a corporate office needing meeting space, Camp Roger will strive to meet your specific needs. Other groups that have rented our facilities include weddings, Bible study groups, youth groups, and schools. We are a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and enjoy God’s creation and fellowship with others.

Kitchen:
Our commercial-sized kitchen is fully equipped and may be used by your group. There are dishes and utensils for 200 people, a walk-in refrigerator and freezer, a walk-in pantry, four conventional ovens, a convection oven, eight gas burners and a large griddle. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, serving bowls, etc. as well. (Meals can be provided by camp for an additional charge.)

Dining Hall:
Our dining hall is attached to the kitchen and has seating for approximately 150 people. There are 12 round wooden tables to use with benches. The dining hall is surrounded by an outdoor deck and has plenty of windows looking out towards the woods and the waterfront. There is also a fireplace to use and plenty of firewood stored in our woodshed.

Lodge:
The top of the lodge has a large open area which can be used for large group gatherings, or tables and chairs may also be set up. The capacity is approximately 125 chairs. There is a fireplace and two restrooms in the top as well. The lower lodge area has a game room with ping pong and foosball tables. There is plenty of comfortable seating for smaller groups to meet here. There is also a bunk room which sleeps 14 and three private bedrooms with bathrooms. There is a fireplace in the bottom of the lodge and public bathrooms with showers.
Cabins:
Each building houses two cabins which can be open to one another or closed off. Each cabin sleeps 16 people in bunk beds with two showers and three bathroom stalls each. Cabins are fully heated and handicap accessible. There are six cabins housed in three separate buildings on boys hill and six on girls hill.

Waterfront:
Little Bostwick Lake is located on our property. There are boats and canoes which are available in the spring and fall free of charge. Catch-and-release fishing is available with your own fishing equipment. There is a small beach area and plenty of dock space to sit on. A nature path goes completely around the lake for your enjoyment of this area. Swimming is permitted, but please view our rules and regulations for use of the waterfront for complete details.

Campfire Areas:
Outdoor fires are allowed in designated areas. There are firepits by the cabins, by the sandpit area and down by the lake. Free firewood is available from the woodshed located near the lodge.
Hiking Trails:
Miles of hiking trails are available on Camp Roger’s land as well as around Pickerel Lake. The Fred Meijer Pickerel Lake Nature Preserve is at the far southwest end of camp’s property. The trails are only for walking or skiing, and maps are available in the camp office upon request.

Rental Rates
- Weekend Rates: $18.00/person/night (Groups larger than 80 persons, $15.00 per person per night). Minimum weekend fee: $450.00 per night. Check-in and Check-out times are 12:30pm.
- Weekday Rates: $6.00/person/day. Minimum weekday fee: $300.00 per day.
- To keep rates low, groups are provided a cleaning checklist to be completed prior to departure. A $100 charge may be applied if this is not completed sufficiently.
