Before registering , please consult our 2012 Summer Schedule for available sessions.
Those sessions labeled as "full" are no longer accepting registrations, however, you may call the office and be put on a waitlist.
Sessions do fill up quickly, so registering early is recommended.

1. A credit card is necessary to register online. We accept Discover, MasterCard and VISA.

3. A confirmation will be emailed to you along with a Health History form to be returned by the time the camper arrives.
Register by Mail
1. Download and print the registration form: (pdf)
2. Mail the form, along with a $100 deposit, to Camp Roger at 8356 Belding Road, Rockford, MI 49341. (If registering more than one child, please enclose registration forms in the same envelope and include a $100 deposit for each child.)
3. A confirmation will be mailed to you along with a Health History form to be returned by the time the camper arrives.
Do I need to make a deposit?
A deposit of $100 is required with each camper's registration (for online registration and mail in registration). The balance may be paid prior to arrival at camp, however, all fees must be paid in full at the start of the session. Make checks payable to "Camp Roger".
Is there a discount for sending more than one child?
A discount of $20 applies for each additional child in a family beyond the first child registered. Please send siblings' registration forms in together. This discount does not apply for families already utilizing the financial aid sliding scale.
Do I pay for the camp store deposit now?
Camp store deposits can be made prior to coming to camp. You can do this with your initial deposit payment, when paying the balance, or by calling the office to make a payment. It will save you time at check in if you do it ahead of time. You may also deposit store money at check-in on opening day.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
If for some reason your child cannot attend camp, please call Deb Medendorp, the Program Assistant, at 616-874-7286. Prompt notification is appreciated and will allow for another camper to register. A $25 administrative fee will be charged.
Are refunds given?
Refunds will be given if requested at least 14 days prior to your child’s session. If you cancel less than 14 days before your child’s session of camp, refunds will only be given for medical reasons, family emergencies, or death in the family.
